A Most Embarrassing Tweet for PM Harper

I’m still trying to figure out if this is a tweet from the REAL Stephen Harper:

If yes, I can’t believe there’s anyone out there who’s still stupid enough to believe it.

Under the Harper regime, protection has been removed from nearly 99% of all Canadian lakes, rivers and other bodies of water:

The Navigable Waters Protection Act no longer protects water. The Fisheries Act no longer protects fish. The Environmental Assessment Act no longer requires environmental assessments be done before important decisions are made …

If Harper is doing anything about communities and conservation the way he did with our lakes, please stop.
