Want to Defeat Harper, Not Sure How to Vote?

I had an interesting discussion this weekend with someone close and we agreed to disagree on strategic voting.  She wanted to vote for something.

I admire this attitude, but I feel it’s critically important in THIS election to vote against something.  Well, someone: Stephen Harper before he destroys Canada more than he already has.

This to me is a critical discussion that many Canadians need to have in the coming twilight hours of our country’s ‘live or die’ moment.

Are we going to vote for something, split the vote and effectively hand Stephen Harper another mandate to ‘lead’ this country or are we going to vote together and wipe these clowns from Canada’s political landscape for the foreseeable future?

I vote for voting together.  It’s taken a lot of thought for me to reach this conclusion, but this is essentially what Conservatives of all stripes do when they vote Conservative.

They no longer vote for Conservatives, Reform, Alliance or others (ie. the famous ‘CRAP’ parties).  They vote together.

Progressive Canadians must do the same.
